Lord Nelson Small Bust

Nelson's famous signal 'England expects that every man will do his duty', was made from the HMS Victory at 11:15am on 21st October 1905, minutes before the Battle of Trafalgar.

The Bust

This original sculpture was based on many of the sculptures and paintings of Lord Nelson and made at our workshop in Bath.

Around the Base

The objects around the base include pistols, telescopes and ammunition, a cameo of Lady Hamilton and Nelson's iconic hat.

The etch around the base reads - "ENGLAND EXPECTS THAT EVERY MAN WILL DO HIS DUTY", Nelson's signal from HMS Victory in the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805.
